Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Lines of Communication websites, software, workflows, communications, and related services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Services
Lines of Communication provides customer intake, follow-up, scheduling support, quote workflow, payment reminder, customer support, and communication automation tools for service businesses.
Specific features may depend on customer configuration, third-party service availability, subscription status, compliance requirements, and operational limits.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information, instructions, contacts, offers, and messages they submit to or send through the services.
- Maintain accurate contact records, service details, billing details, and account administrator information.
- Obtain and maintain legally valid consent before sending SMS, email, or other customer communications.
- Honor opt-out requests, do-not-contact requests, and customer communication preferences.
- Review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them for customer-facing, financial, safety-sensitive, or contractual decisions.
- Use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable carrier, payment, privacy, and consumer protection rules.
4. SMS Messaging
Users who consent to receive SMS messages may receive appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, quote updates, payment reminders, customer support messages, and demo follow-ups.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
Customers and users may not misuse the services or use them to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
- No spam, unsolicited marketing, lead list blasting, phishing, spoofing, or deceptive sender practices.
- No harassment, threats, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others.
- No attempts to bypass carrier rules, A2P 10DLC requirements, opt-out handling, rate limits, identity checks, or platform safeguards.
- No reverse engineering, credential sharing, scraping, automated abuse, or interference with service operations.
6. Fees, Third Parties, and Availability
Paid services, usage-based charges, messaging fees, implementation fees, or integration costs will be described in the applicable order, invoice, statement of work, or checkout flow.
The services may rely on third-party communications, payment, hosting, analytics, and support providers. Their availability, policies, and fees may affect service operation.
7. AI-Assisted Outputs
AI-assisted features may produce summaries, classifications, suggestions, drafts, or workflow recommendations. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case.
The services should not be used as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
