Lines of Communication — SMS Opt-In and Consent
Customers opt in to SMS on our website request forms at
/contact and
/demo. A dedicated SMS consent
checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the user.
Checkbox language: "I agree to receive conversational and service-related text messages
from Lines of Communication regarding demo requests, appointments, service updates,
quotes, payments, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates
may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of
purchase."
Consent is optional and is not required to submit a request or to purchase. SMS consent
is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; mobile information
is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional
purposes.
